To comply with requirement from Apple about data privacy, Tenolife already provides a convenience way for you to completely remove your account and related data so everything of yours is yours.
- Anonymous account doesn't need to take this action because whenever you log out the anonymous account, it gets deleted automatically.
- The action is undoable which means all your data including login information, items that you have created or logged while using the application will be completely removed and there is no one or no way to recover it. So please think twice before doing this.
- If you have subscribed the Unlimited access pricing plan, then you have to cancel it manually through App Store (for iOS) and Play Store (for Android). Please be informed that the remaining time of the purchased period won't be refunded.
Please open Tenolife application, touch on Settings Tab and scroll down to the bottom. There is a button for this dangerous action.
